On Friday, I showed the students a commercial I saw while watching the Super Bowl. It was of a boy talking to his stuffed animals and action figures. It shows his coach talking to the team with the same words. It gave me chills as I watched. That is what I want for our students. I want them to know THEY ARE CHAMPIONS. I am attaching the link to the commercial so you can see it. I want my teachers and you to be the coach speaking the words into your child. BELIEF IS MY SUPER POWER. If they believe it, they can do it. We sent home t-shirt order forms with these slogans. Please, if possible, order the t-shirt. We are going to wear them on testing days. What a great night! Our ORFF and chorus performance was outstanding! The activities, cereal box, and poster displays were absolutely amazing. I love to see the talents of our students. Thank you, Ms. Martinez, for organizing the night. Thank you, Ms. Hemingway, for pouring into our students and showcasing their talents.

Congratulations to our very own Yarielys Montanez! She participated in the chorus for the OCPS All-County Music Performance. She did an amazing job and represented us well!
